Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in twelve months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
